Refund policy

We have a no return policy. All sales are final. Which means there are no returns or exchanges. Every product from our store is handmade from scratch. 

Once our products have been shipped, Selby clay studio is not responsible for lost or stolen products.

If your package is returned due to incorrect address or wrong order buyer is responsible for reshipment.

You can always contact us selbyclaystudio@gmail.com. We will always make an order right if it was our mistake. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
